Phase I - Discovery

During the discovery phase, we will begin with a consultation where we will spend time studying our clients’ traditions, values, and lifestyles and discuss the project in detail. We will then create and review a bespoke design proposal that we will review together along with the budget and specific needs and desires for the space.

Phase II - Design Development

In the second phase, the project begins to take shape as we create and present mood boards, compose initial concepts and draft architectural plans. Next, we work behind the scenes to source and optimize the plans before we finally are able to unveil complete design plans, complete with tactile samples, renders, and estimated pricing.

Phase III - Procurement & Execution

Once the design plan is approved, we begin bringing it to life behind the scenes. We provide an itemized list of all selections, place orders, coordinate with vendors, and track every detail from timelines and deliveries to deficiencies and resolutions. We’ll also collaborate closely with your contractor and suppliers to keep everything on schedule and ensure a smooth path to a seamless installation.

Phase IIII - Installation

With thoughtful care and attention to detail, we oversee the full installation process—conducting walkthroughs to ensure everything is perfectly in place.Once furnishings and décor are delivered and set, we style your space, layer in the finishing touches, and joyfully welcome you home to a space that feels complete.
